Luxury Rent World – Vehicle Return Policy

At Luxury Rent World, your satisfaction and trust are our priorities. We offer a flexible return policy to ensure a seamless rental experience.

Return Guidelines:

• Return Time: Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time stated in the rental agreement. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed.
• Early Returns: If you return the vehicle early, there is no refund for the unused time unless specified in a promotional offer.
• Late Returns: Late returns without prior notice will incur additional hourly charges or a full-day rental fee.
• Condition on Return: All vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear. Damages, smoking inside the vehicle, or excessive dirt will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your rental time.
• 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Payment Policy:

• Credit Card Payments must be completed at least 8 days before the rental start date.
• Caution Deposit must be paid as advised based on the selected vehicle.
• For instant pickup, payment must be made via cryptocurrency or bank transfer only.
• All prices include VAT, and a regular invoice will be issued for each booking.
